LancetGlossary Term [2] windows could be used separately if the space was tight, or grouped together in a single composition, with windows either of identical height, or graduated to fill a gableGlossary Term [3] wall.

archGlossary Term [4] was also used to transform the RomanesqueGlossary Term [5] tradition of decorative arcading, as demonstrated at West Walton, Norfolk.
