Drum: Circular or polygonal stage supporting a dome or cupola. Also one of the stones forming the shaft of a column.
Dry-stone: Stone construction without mortar.
Dun: (Scots): Small stone-walled fort.
Dutch gable: A gable with curved sides crowned by a pediment. Also called a Flemish gable.
